Ihre Aufgaben
• Sie sind zuständig für regelmäßig stattfindende Planungsrunden sowie die Erstellung von Jahres-, Quartals- und Monatsabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen
• Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse und leiten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein
• Sie unterstützen bei der Steuerung von Kostensenkungsprogrammen
• Sie begleiten Projekte im Bereich Produktion, Supply Chain, Entwicklung und Vertrieb

Ihre Qualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Bereich Luftfahrt- und Raumfahrt
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Mitarbeiterführungsqualitäten und soziale Kompetenz verbunden mit analytischem Denkvermögen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
