Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) Entgeltabrechnung (Voll- oder Teilzeit)
Ihre Aufgaben
• Sie arbeiten an Folgeaktivitäten der Entgeltabrechnung sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten mit
• Sie beraten unsere Mitarbeiter in steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
• Sie betreuen abrechnungsrelevanten Themen bei Dienstreisen und Entsendungen ins Ausland
• Sie führen das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens durch
• Sie sind verantwortlich für Themen der Zeitwirtschaft und unterstützen bei Betriebsrententhemen
• Sie wirken darüber hinaus bei abrechnungsrelevanten Projekten mit und berechnen die jährliche Bonusvergütung der Führungskräfte

Ihre Qualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und der Zeitwirtschaft, idealerweise mit SAP/HCM
• Kenntnisse der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Ausgeprägte Kunden-/Serviceorientierung und Diskretion beim Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
